Tomer T. Gutman has devoted his legal career to serving his clients with a focus on probate, litigation, trust/estate administration, and business and property matters. Through his extensive experience in administering hundreds of probate cases, and litigating just as many trust and estate cases, Tomer expertly navigates court proceedings and contested issues, guiding his clients confidently through probate matters.
In addition to his legal skills, Mr. Gutman also brings a solid financial and academic foundation to his practice. He is licensed to practice law in the states of California, Washington, Nevada, and Florida.
Tomer’s educational journey began with an undergraduate degree in International Finance. He then pursued an M.B.A. in International Management and eventually earned his Juris Doctor degree, Magna Cum Laude, from California Western School of Law. Mr. Gutman contributed as a Staff Editor of the Law Review and has been recognized with the American Jurisprudence Award.
Prior to Harbor, and private practice, Tomer gained legal expertise by clerking in the Federal Court in the Southern District of California for the Honorable Cathy Ann Bencivengo.
Tomer stays actively involved in the legal community as a member of the American Bar Association, North County Bar Association, and several sections of the State Bar of California.
Outside his professional life, Mr. Gutman has served in the Israeli Defense Forces. He is also the co-founder and current Board of Directors member of the San Diego branch of Friends of Israel Scouts - Tzofim (Shevet Galim), a youth service organization.
